Return Policies
You can return an item within the first 30* days from the shipping date. We'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise-whichever you prefer. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories.
No Receipt. No Problem
Our computer system will keep a record of your purchases.
Return Shipping
If you decide that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to GoJade.Org. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. To get a return authorization number, click the login link below. We recommend that you use UPS Ground Service ?Insured.? If you have an overweight/oversized item that was shipped to you via a Freight/LTL carrier, GoJade.Org will arrange for the carrier to pick the product up directly from your home. The return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked up.

- 30 day limit on the return of all items with the exception of TV?s which are listed below by manufacturer.
- Opened satellite boxes & systems (or activated cards) may not be returned. Exchanges can be done through the manufacturer.
- Free shipping (and reduced shipping) promos do not apply to return/exchange shipping on freighted items (50 lbs or more).
- 15% Restocking fees will be charged only if your order is not returned in its original box, is missing packing material, manuals, any accessories or the UPC bar code off the box.
* GoJade.Org does not take back defective TV?s or any TV?s once the box has been opened. With a few exceptions, all TV?s are repair only. See details below for specific TV Vendor Details:
Haier - Initial fail on power up these will be exchanged by GoJade.Org 30 days from original customer invoice. Customer must pay freight back to GoJade.Org. To qualify for replacement, TV must be complete with all accessories and will be replaced with same or equivalent model after the defective unit arrives at the warehouse. Hitachi ? Is Repair only. Call 800-448-2244 or www.hitachi.us

Sharp - All Sharp Electronic Products that fail on initial power up will be exchanged by GoJade.Org 30 days from original customer invoice. Customer must pay the freight back to the GoJade.Org warehouse. To qualify for replacement, product must be complete with all accessories and will be replaced with the same or equivalent model after the defective unit arrives at the warehouse. After 30 days from customer invoice, please contact Sharp at 800-237-4277 or go to the web at www.sharpusa.com. Then click on the ?Sharp Support Center? button.
Toshiba ? GoJade.Org will exchange Toshiba TV?s that fail on initial power up 30 days from customer invoice. Customer must pay the freight back to the GoJade.Org warehouse. To qualify for replacement, TV must be complete with all accessories and will be replaced with the same or equivalent model after the defective unit arrives at the warehouse. After 30 days, contact Toshiba for nearest repair center at www.toshiba.com and click on your specific product category then ?customer support? then ?authorized service center?.
Satellite Products:
DIRECTV Receivers ? GoJade.Org will exchange DIRECTV receivers 90 days from the Consumer?s initial activation date. Customers should keep their original activated access card to use with consumer?s new unit and have DIRECTV re-marry the card. Defective unit will be returned to GoJade.Org with a virgin (un-authorized) card to qualify for exchange.
DIRECTV Dishes and LNB?s ? GoJade.Org will exchange 30 days from customer invoice.

Defective Items - Off Air-- 30 day exchange from customer invoice. Physical damage not included.
Shipments:
It is the customer?s responsibility to inspect all shipments upon arrival for damage of any kind and indicate all damage, or potential damage, on the truck delivery receipt in the presence of the delivering driver. If you determine upon inspection that the condition of the shipping box is satisfactory, an adult (age 18 or older) is required to sign the shipping courier's release form to complete delivery. By signing this release, you are acknowledging and agreeing to GoJade.Org's Policy and Agreement, understanding that you cannot return the television to GoJade.Org for a refund and that the condition of the delivery meets your expectations. However, if damage is found, immediately contact GoJade.Org and GoJade.Org will initiate a freight claim with the carrier. If the damage is not indicated on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves, (concealed damage) GoJade.Org must be notified within 48 hours of the delivery. GoJade.Org cannot guarantee a concealed damage claim will have any reimbursement value but will do our best to work with the carrier on your behalf. Beyond 48 hours, the customer has full responsibility for any damage found. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any.
Physical Damage Policy:
Physically damaged items cannot be returned to GoJade.Org. Improper installations of products are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use. If you return any physically damaged item to GoJade.Org, the item will be returned to you at your expense
Mail in Rebate Policy:
Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Products offering mail-in rebates are not returnable to GoJade.Org once the rebates have been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace any defective item missing the UPC code.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items:
Sometimes items are returned to GoJade.Org after the product has been discontinued. If GoJade.Org no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email with two options: either GoJade.Org can send you a comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.

Please initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise if it has been damaged in transit or is defective. We will gladly send a replacement free of charge. Once the product arrives at GoJade.Org, either a refund will be issued or we will exchange your product and send a new one out to you. If you have received a defective unit, some manufacturers may require one service call to diagnose the issue.
